Wrongful Termination Lawsuit Filed Against Spirit of Athens
The former executive director of Spirit of Athens and the employee she hired have filed a federal lawsuit against the nonprofit for wrongful termination after they questioned accounting practices and hired an auditor. Question: Can my employer make me lift when my doctor says I cannot lift anything over 20 pounds during the first three months of my pregnancy?
